Co-Founder & Director

Faye Tessendorf is a distinguished People Strategist and Talent Executive with over 20 years of global experience across the UK, USA, South Africa, and the rest of Africa. As the Co-Founder & Director of TALEXUS, Faye leverages her extensive expertise in international recruitment, talent management, and people strategy to drive the company's mission of providing life-changing opportunities to Southern African professionals abroad, ultimately contributing to the growth and development of the African continent. With a strong foundation in psychology and organizational consulting from Rhodes University, complemented by the Executive Leadership programme at INSEAD, Faye has honed her skills through high-impact roles at renowned firms such as Robert Walters, Bain & Company, Standard Bank CIB and Homecoming Revolution. Her unique blend of strategic vision, diverse skill set, and dedication to making a positive impact on Africa distinguishes her as a transformative leader in the talent management industry.

DEBORAH BOOTH

Co-Founder & Director

Deborah Booth brings over two decades of expertise in financial services and thereafter talent management and recruitment advisory and operations. She has a B.Tech Degree in Marketing (Cum Laude) and her CFP and Advanced CFP Postgraduate Certificates. Deborah spent 7 years at Investec and Standard Bank in Private Banking, Wealth Management and CIB before moving into the Talent space where she has become a specialist advisor to her clients within Executive Search, Financial Services, Technology and specifically Cyber Security Talent Solutions.

Since 2011, Deborah has led and driven recruitment and advisory teams, delivering talent solutions locally and internationally. She is an astute professional running her own desk and team as well as the Financial and Operational aspects of the businesses she has been a partner within. She has a passion for assisting companies to effectively upskill with rare talent in cost effective ways as well as helping her candidates make the right career moves for their long-term objectives.
